Advertise on our site. You will find us easy to deal with and trustworthy.

Our Stats

Traffic to our site is very stable and has been steadily increasing year by year since we first went live in February 1999. According to our server logs we average 200,000 pageviews a month and 50,000 visits. According to Google Analytics (which is not enabled on every page) we receive 50,000 pageviews a month and 35,000 visits (30,000 absolute unique visitors).

Ads On Every Page

These are display (image) ads that are on every page of our site, including our archived Newsletters. The same advertisement is seen on every one of our web pages. We do not use rotating ads (where your ad is alternated with other advertising and shown on every fourth or fifth web page).

The size of your ad does not have to be exactly as any listed here. The prices are for advertising images of comparable size.

Leaderboard: (728 x 90) $80 a month, $800 a year. The same ad is seen at the top of every one of our web pages. Not a rotating advertisement.

Top Skyscraper: (160 x 600) $90 a month, $900 a year. The same advertisement is seen at the top right of every one of our web pages. Not a rotating ad.

Second Skyscraper: (160 x 600) $50 a month, $500 a year. The same advertising image is seen at the right of every one of our web pages just under the top skyscraper. Not a rotating ad.

Ads On All Content Pages

These are the content pages of our site. They include all of our articles and woodworking (construction) plans. They generate 210,000 pageviews a month (95,000 per Google Analytics).

Banner: (468 x 60) $50 a month, $500 a year. This display (image) advertisement is at the bottom of every one of our content pages. Not a rotating ad.

Ads On Home (Main) Page

This is the main page of our site. It has a complete listing of all our articles and woodworking (construction) plans. It is the most frequently accessed single page on our site with about 20,000 pageviews a month (9,000 per Google Analytics).

Top Thin Skyscraper: (120 x 600) $30 a month, $300 a year. This display (image) advertisement is at the left under the navigation area of our Main page. Not a rotating ad.

Lower Thin Skyscraper: (120 x 600) $30 a month, $300 a year. This display (image) ad is at the left under the top thin skyscraper ad in navigation area of our Main page. Not a rotating advertisement.

Partner Text Link: (up to three words) $55 a month, $550 a year. This is an advertising link in Our Partners area of our Main page at the end of the What's New section.

Ads On Our Newsletter

Our Newsletter is sent out once a month to our continually growing base of over 10,000 subscribers. After it is sent out, each newsletter is archived as a webpage. These archived newsletters generate 13,000 pageviews a month. Your advertisement is kept on the newsletter when it is archived.

Newsletter Leaderboard: (728 x 90) $60 a month, $600 a year. This display (image) advertisement is at the top of our monthly Newsletter. Not a rotating ad.

Newsletter Banner: (468 x 60) $50 a month, $500 a year. This display (image) advertisement is at the bottom of our monthly newsletter. Not a rotating ad.
